The strength you want isn't something outside of you. It's built within.
You don't have to become someone else, punish your body, or love intimidating gym culture to get strong. You need training that's hard enough to change you and doable enough to repeat, and then you keep showing up. Every workout you finish is a tally mark, and the marks add up.
I've been a cheerleader and a dancer for most of my life. After having my kids, I wanted to feel good in my own body again, and I fell back in love with working out.
But it didn't stick at first. I tried every kind of workout out there, and they were either too hard or just too much. I'd leave exhausted, I didn't look forward to the next one, and I'd end up quitting before my body ever had the chance to change.
Then I found a program that combined Pilates and strength training, and something clicked. I wanted to understand why, so I became a certified personal trainer. Learning those principles is what let me build my own programming, and that's when I really started seeing changes in my body.
From there I trained as a Pilates instructor and opened my studio. Pilates helped me understand the body and movement on a whole new level, and training helped too. Then my members started asking for programs. They liked what they saw and wanted help getting there themselves.
That's how WITHIN was born. It's the repeatable way of training I built for myself after years of programs that demanded so much of me. Creating my own program is what finally made me consistent, and consistency is what got me results. I'm in the best shape of my life, and every workout I create for you is one I do myself.
Women want programs designed for women, by someone who understands what they're dealing with, in a space where they feel safe. That's what I want WITHIN to be.
You don't have to choose between feeling feminine, loving Pilates, being a mom, and training hard enough to get strong.
Train with intention, fuel for your goals, and recover enough to do it again.
More weight, more reps, better control, and showing up all count, not just the scale.
No earning your food. No burning it off. No starting over Monday.
This is about being strong and healthy in your body. Not shrinking it, not punishing it, not starving it.
