Real strength training that fits in your living room.

This is the kind of program I built for myself after years of workouts that were too much: real strength training you can do in your living room. No full gym, no bodybuilding background, no being wrecked for two days after. It's built on progressive overload and hypertrophy training, which means you lift weights that challenge you, add a little over time, and build real muscle.

Every strength day has a clear job, and you'll always know when it's time to go heavier. Pilates days build control and help you recover. Add them when they fit your week. I'm not here to make you feel guilty about what doesn't.

It's a good fit if you are:

  • New to lifting, or coming back after time away
  • A Pilates or cardio lover ready to add real strength work
  • Busy and need a plan that works at home in a few hours a week
  • Tired of programs that leave you exhausted and starting over

Your week

Three strength days, each with a different job, so every muscle gets worked twice a week. On top of that, Pilates days and walks help you add up about 150 minutes of extra movement across the week.

Monday
Lower body + glutes

Hip thrusts and bridges, hinges, split squats or step-ups, a squat pattern, and targeted glute work.

Wednesday
Upper body

Rows, presses, shoulder work, rear delts, and arms for a strong, capable upper body.

Friday
Full body

A second session for upper and lower body with different exercises, plus loaded core work.

Tuesday + Thursday
Pilates or a walk

Optional. Mat Pilates for control and breathing, or a walk to keep you moving and recovering.

Two workout sets, four rounds each.

Odd weeks use your A workouts, even weeks your B workouts. Each comes back four times, so you can compare this week's numbers with last time. A reset week closes the block.
